The Risk Management Study On Polycrystalline Silicon Project Of S Inc.

Project has been the main tool for people to make profit and treasure since the coming of the information and knowledge date, which makes the project management developing quickly. Unfortunately, people often spend a lot of time and energy on the basic procedure and method of project overlooking controlling the existing risk factors in the project and pay little attention to risk management.As result, a large number of projects failed and peple got much loss.This paper has studied the probable risks factors in the polycrystal silicon project of S company and analyse their probability, and then list 4 risks which are the most serious for the project. At the last, for each kind of risk,a suitable preventing measure has been found.
