The Project Risk Management Research In The Running Of Pearl Rainbow About Dalian Power Supply Company

The article analyzes the background and significance of "Rainbow Pearl" project. On the basis of clearing public service brand and project risk management relevant theories, the article takes domestic and abroad relevant project risk management references. According to the reality of Dalian Electric Power Company "Rainbow Pearl" public service brand operation and merging brand management and modern risk management theories, the article does some researches and analyzes services department of Dalian Electric Power Company, especially the present development situation of the company. Then it analyzes under this social development tendency how to strengthen all aspects of services through "Rainbow Pearl" project, in order to survive in the competition and occupy the market. The article sums up risks caused by existing contradictions and problems from inside and outside, combining with the actual situation of Dalian Electric Power Company, and builds project risks management hierarchical model. The article collects the exact factor which affects project stable operation. By use of brain storm method, the article does main risk factors identification about the project. In this process, the article pays attention to consider the characteristics of power supply industry's brands and projects, and does some analysis why risks come out. Using Delphi and AHP method, the article does quantitative assessment about project risks, and calculates the index weight of various levels, then it divides them into different risk levels, in order to take different control measurements according to different importance degrees. According to the program, based on risk assessment and risk classification results, the importance of various risk is determined, the control measures of key management risk in "Rainbow Pearl" project management are proposed, and the project management proposals suitable for the power supply enterprise are summarized. Finally, the paper puts forward preventive measures and proposals, and develops effective brand project development and construction blueprint for "Rainbow Pearl" brand project.
