Implement services are the key to project success. service goes through the full course of the ERP product idea, produc -t design, developing, selling, maintenance, upgrading. No best services, no top-quality products. Only with perfect after-sales service system, can a well-functioning and experienced ERP compa- ny provide services which meet various demands and requirements in different places. H company is a 10-year history of development, However, in the field of ERP is just beginning, In the implem-entation of the service there are many problems, To some extent, restricted the H company's ERP product development.The Papers based on the theory advanced of ERP implementation theory and ITIL service management theory, To study the H company's ERP software implementation services, factors affecting the level of study, First of all, through expert assessment in the form of collected ERP industry, decided to implement the service level of the influencing factors, and are classified, building-level analysis model, Secondly, the use of AHP method of theoretical knowledge related to the establishment of the ERP software implementation service level AHP model, the H product factors affecting the implementation of services research, further analysis of various factors come to the right weight, summed up the company's H ERP software, the implementation of service standards in the product the status of the H's to make a comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of service standards and, based on the weight of various factors and evaluation of the value of comprehensive analysis, implementation services come to affect the H key factor in the company.
