With the trend of economic globalization, more and more companies started introducing advanced management mode of enterprise resource planning system-ERP to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprises, however, the ERP implementation in China is facing dilemma of high investment rate and low yield. So, how to promote the effective implementation of the ERP system become hot topics in academics and industry. Effective knowledge transfer can improve successful implementation of ERP project. At present, a lot of scholars studied the knowledge transfer between consultant of ERP implementation and key users (remembers of internal ERP project team). However, the knowledge transfer of ERP implementation includes two processes:knowledge transfer from consultant to internal project team and knowledge transfer from internal project team to End-User. However, researches of the later are very poor. So, this paper studies the influence of internal knowledge transfer on ERP implementation performance of telecommunication enterprise in China to make up the deficiency of the past research. The major work and innovative achievements of this paper are as follows:Constructed internal knowledge transfer relationship model that affecting factors on ERP implementation performance. Firstly, Summarize previous studies of the factors influencing knowledge transfer, ERP implementation performance, and the relationship between factors influencing knowledge transfer and ERP implementation performance, initially selected the variables as well as the relationship between the variables of internal factors affecting knowledge transfer and ERP implementation performance; Secondly, visit China mobile company of Shandong branch, consulting for the suggestions about measures of the variables and their relationships. Finally, combined with the literature material, present the affecting indexes from the project implementation team members, End-user of the system, relations between the two sides, organization environment and knowledge characteristics that affect the knowledge transfer of internal enterprise, and constructed the internal knowledge transfer relationship model that affecting factors on ERP implementation performance. And based on the model,11 hypotheses were presented. Then, empirical research was conducted to study the relationship between knowledge transfer characteristics and the ERP implementation performance of the internal telecommunications enterprise. To validate the hypotheses,316 questionnaires from China mobile, China Unicom and China telecom were collected, and this date were processed by using statistical tools such as SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0. The statistic test shows that:the encoding ability of project team, the receiver aspiration of ERP knowledge and decoding ability of End-User, organizational incentive and the externalization of tacit knowledge can influence the effect of knowledge transfer positively; the degree of the change of business process can make negative impact on the effect of knowledge transfer; the effect of knowledge transfer can make positive influence on ERP implementation performance; internal organizational incentives can make positive impact on the externalization of tacit ERP knowledge. Finally, some management recommendations were provided.
