With the achievement of knowledge economy, Corporations gain their knowledge in many ways to maintain the completion advantage. There has been a growing interest in fostering knowledge sharing through human resources management practices (HRMP).But those research was under the western cultural not in China, and with different theory appointments, the results in this area are still vague and uncertain. This paper focuses on the items of HRMP in China. Putting the HRMP and knowledge sharing into unified frame of research, which is on the effect of knowledge sharing by contextual factors including trust, knowledge sharing self-efficacy and the norm of reciprocity as the medium variables.Based on the literature review of HRMP and field surveys, the items of HRMP has been firmed. And a conceptual model is developed to deduce the relationship among HRMP and knowledge sharing. Considering the role of contextual factors as intermediary variables. It includs trust, knowledge sharing self-efficacy and the norm of reciprocity as the medium variables. And established hypothetical model in which HRMP influenced the knowledge sharing through contextual factors.By correlated variable measuring and questionnaire designing, formal questionnaires are sent out to different companies in China and we used the corresponding data we got back to analyze our problems. Totally 200 questionnaires were sent out while 192 valid ones were got back. The radio of valid questionnaire is 67%.Different methods are used in the analysis of the hypothesis model, such as describe statistics, correlation analysis, and reliability analysis, validate factors analysis, structural equation model (SEM) and so on. We found that entry counseling, payments, perferments and recruiting have been collected as the HRMP. And this study used the SPSS and AMOS to check out the results. The result shows that the different dimensions of HRMP influenced contextual factors by different paths, than affected knowledge sharing. This research conclusion supplements and enriches the related theories about HRMP and knowledge sharing to some extent, and also provides theoretical support to the knowledge sharing.
