In the context of the knowledge economy,the importance of knowledge to Chinese companies is self-evident.The organization's knowledge will eventually be implemented on the individual.With the frequent turnover of the enterprise personnel,how to keep the enterprise competitive and make employees participate in the process of knowledge sharing has become the focus of researchers.This paper starts from trust which composed of trust in organization,trust in supervisor and trust in colleagues,and studies its influence on knowledge sharing intention.We also incorporate fear and knowledge sharing self-efficacy as two mediators to establish an integrated model.This study used a web-based survey to collect data from 325 employees.Data processing is performed using SmartPLS,and uses partial least squares structural equation modeling to analysis the sample data.It was finally found that trust has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing intention.Trust has a significant negative impact on fear and has a significant role in promoting knowledge sharing self-efficacy.Fear has a significant negative predictive effect on knowledge sharing intention,and knowledge sharing self-efficacy has a positive effect on knowledge sharing intention.Both fear and knowledge sharing self-efficacy play a mediating role in the relationship between trust and knowledge sharing intention.This study enriches the relevant research on the impact of trust on knowledge sharing intention,and deepens ours understanding of the relationship between trust and knowledge sharing.In addition,this paper introduces two important theoretical insights by revealing the mediating role of fear and knowledge sharing selfefficacy in the relationship between trust and knowledge sharing intention.That is,trust can promote knowledge sharing intention by alleviating employees' fear of losing knowledge advantage.Trust can also enhance employees' knowledge sharing intention by increasing their confidence in the process of knowledge sharing.This paper has implications for the organization managers in China.By increasing the level of employees' trust toward their organization,supervisor and colleagues,it provides ways to reduce employees' fear,and provides means to enhance knowledge sharing self-efficacy and ultimately enhance their knowledge sharing intention.
