The traditional project management in China always ignore the functions of project plans. To have the engineering projects meeting the international criteria, GARD Company should make a breakthrough on project plans. However,GARD company did not pay enough attention to the progression schedule in the previous projects.They could not control the progression effectly and carry out the activity of project reasonable.This essay will firstly introduce the basic theorems of project management and progression schedule. It is go on to illustrate the necessity and urgency for GARD company of applying progression schedule by introducing the nowadays situations in China. It also proposes several perspectives for GARD company in terms of progression management problem, construction problem, and integration of kinds of elements problem. Possible solutions and approaches are introduced in this essay to solve the problem of the less communication among departments as well as the problem of the weakness of integrated cooperative ability.In a word, the research on progression management is meaningful to facilitate the fast scientific and advanced development of management. I hope this essay can provides a valuable method and experience for project-oriented companies that are preparing to open aboard market.
