First analysis what benefits of implementation of project management for this company? How to improve enterprise’s competitiveness? Then introduce the concept of OPM3(Organizational Project Management Maturity Model). Use OPM3 as a tool to evaluate the company current project management level, find out the deficiency and provide a suggestion on project management improvement.The purpose of the dissertation is to help to improve the competitive power of the T Company to achieve its strategic goals. Also it could be used for a reference to other manufacturing enterprises.
