Career Management has become one of the hot issues of theory studying about human resource management and business practice. Organization can reach a balance between human resources requirement and employees' career demand via the management of staffs' career, which also be useful to make for the mechanism of talent's selection, training and retaining them.Starting with the basic concept of career management and theory, this text worked on these concepts and theories, and stuied and summaried the current practice of the domestic and international career management. The text find the current problems by the depth analysis of JT's career management. It built the employee's career management system and designed employee's career management planning and scheme based on the company's human resources strategy. It provided a reliable and effective way for the employees'career development, and provided a specific implementation strategies for the scheme.Mainly innovation of the text:1, it upgraded the employees'career management to a strategic height with integration with the the company's development strategy especially the human resources development strategy.2. it designed triple career development channel:transverse career development channel, lognitudinal career development channel and special career development channel.It divided employees'whole career into three phases by different charactistic and vein, and did the career management combining with the triple career development channel. The conclusions drawed by the text can be JT's reference for managers or decision makers, and supports the company's human resources management and strategy implementation, while be a reference for other similar businesses.
