The coming of knowledge economy and the importance of knowledge employees who are the carrier of knowledge economy in the enterprise has become an indisputable fact, thus academic research on knowledge workers is also endless. Some studies show that employees who can achieve business success require not only intelligence in the traditional sense, but also a higher emotional intelligence, that is emotional intelligence, which plays a key role in staff success. Some scholars have pointed out that the emotional intelligence of employees has a positive effect on organizational commitment This provide a practical basis for studying the impacts of emotional intelligence on the organizational commitment. However, so far there is little systematic research on the relationship between emotional intelligence of knowledge workers and organizational commitment, not to mention empirical research.Firstly, this study reviews the relevant literature on the emotional intelligence and organizational commitment; Secondly, survey knowledge workers in Huaining County Industrial Park, use emotional intelligence and organizational commitment scale to collect receipts, and do empirical tests for analyzing the relationship of the four-dimensional structure of emotional intelligence and the four-dimensional structure of organizational commitment, Finally, propose management practice measure and methods to help companies manage knowledge workers.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction, describes background, purpose and significance as well as the major research methods.The second part is the mainly theoretical part, reviews the literature of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and the relationship between both.The third part studies the framework and theoretical assumptions according to previous results, design and select questionnaire by using applicability principle and then simply introduce the collection of data.The fourth part is the part of the empirical analysis of this study. Tests data reliability and validity, readjusts the data structurement according to the results of the study. Next analyses basic information of the questionnaire, the difference about emotional intelligence of knowledge workers and organizations commitment in the personal property, and the correlation between emotional intelligence of knowledge workers and organizational commitment. Finally tests the hypotheses.The fifth part introduces the conclusions of this study, the recommendations, the lackness of research and research prospects.
