Modern rapid development of knowledge economy, the enterprise is more and more attention to the development of its own human resources, it highlights the important role of knowledge workers in enterprises. Can be found through the research of human resource management, the introduction of the research area has been more and more psychology research, including emotional intelligence has become a hot issue in the study of enterprise management, and to explore its more from the perspective of organizational behavior. In general, emotional intelligence mainly refers to the information collection and processing to the mood and emotional problem solving ability, its main is individual to the enterprise environment perception, experience and the ability to control.Job satisfaction is a person in the working process of the work and all aspects of the work related to hold an attitude and views. Study found that psychological satisfaction brought by the knowledge staff more important work, not just simple economic income, especially in the process of the work of a sense of accomplishment is the pursuit of knowledge workers.In this paper, the existing empirical research, introduced on the basis of literature research, the knowledge staffs emotional intelligence and job satisfaction in the related research, makes a deep analysis on the relationship between the two, and on this basis, put forward to improve the knowledge staff job satisfaction and the measures of emotional intelligence. This paper mainly divided into three parts:the first part, mainly carries on the knowledge staff, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction of literature research, and then based on this, advances the research hypothesis and research model, making questionnaire. Analysis was conducted in the second part, mainly, for a variety of variables to measure, compare different variables under various differences and the correlation between the emotional intelligence. The third part, on the basis of literature research and empirical research, puts forward improvement measures of the knowledge employees’ emotional intelligence and job satisfaction.In this paper, the following conclusions:first, the knowledge staffs emotional intelligence is a multidimensional structure, based on the emotional intelligence and job satisfaction of literature research and empirical research, research on the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction of the desired assumptions; Secondly, based on research put forward the specific measures of how to improve employees’ emotional intelligence, in order to better promote the all-round development of individuals and businesses.
