With the speed of social progress and the knowledge economy era, knowledge workers play more and important roles in social progress and organizational development. In recent years, the field of psychology in human resource management is becoming more integrated, first originated in the areas of psychology, emotional intelligence also extends to the inquiry from the perspective of business management, and the field of organizational behavior has become a hot issue. It serves some foundations, such as, individual perception and experience, expression and evaluation, and regulation and control of their own, others and the organizational environment the role of information in a variety of emotions.The work of well-being is that people in work achieved through the efforts of individual experience while satisfying career prospects, personal development, also has high. The work of knowledge workers is not just to get the economy of revenue, more respected in order to meet the psychological needs, while excellent work has brought a sense of achievement, and then meet the psychological needs of self-realization. Well-being relative to the work of a wide range of scholars happiness of life, in terms of job satisfaction is more targeted.This paper will give some advices to improve the angle of emotional intelligence and work happiness Methods from the perspective of people management in the access to large number of documents on the basis of knowledge workers in the emotional intelligence and the relationship between the work of well-beingThis paper is divided into three parts to complete:the first part includes the past emotional intelligence, work and happiness and reviewed a summary of relevant literature and puts forward the idea of this model, research hypothesis, the preparation of knowledge workers and work Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire Happiness Questionnaire. In the second part, the use of factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis techniques, the preparation of a good knowledge worker emotional intelligence, happiness questionnaire to measure the work, knowledge workers investigated the work of emotional intelligence and well-being status quo; comparing different demographic variables Knowledge-based differences in emotional intelligence employees; knowledge workers to discuss the structure elements of emotional intelligence and well-being and its structure and working relationship between the elements. In the third part, it will give some suggests to improve emotional intelligence and improving employee well-being knowledge.The main conclusions are:firstly, knowledge-based content structure of emotional intelligence of employees, including:emotional self-awareness, emotional self-regulation, others emotional perception, emotional regulation of others, and emotional use of the five dimensions. Secondly, different demographic variables, knowledge-based employees and its various dimensions of emotional intelligence are different, which different working hours, the nature of different enterprises, different types of knowledge-based professional staff of some dimensions of emotional intelligence significantly different. Thirdly, the overall emotional intelligence and overall happiness a significant positive correlation; than others, the use of emotional regulation and emotional satisfaction with pay was not significantly correlated, the emotional intelligence of the other dimensions and overall well-being and its dimensions were significantly Positive.Finally, the paper proposed to improve the knowledge workers of the emotional intelligence of the management proposals, respectively, from individuals, businesses, raised two levels of emotional intelligence to improve the level of knowledge worker proposal.The paper has the following three innovations. At first, it examines the emotional intelligence of knowledge workers and their happiness with their work on different aspects of each dimension. At second, according with foreign research results and my researching, the paper discusses the emotional intelligence of knowledge workers and their working relationship happiness, and gets the desired effect. At third, the paper discusses the emotional intelligence to improve staff knowledge management strategies for individuals, businesses and better level of emotional intelligence to improve staff and promote knowledge of organizational socialization process. It also provides a reference for management.
