The Research Of Resource-conserving Urbanization Path Of Sunan Areas Based On Institutional Improvement

As the development of global economy,it's obvious that natural resources constraint the development of economy. As a large developing country, China is rich in total resources but the per-capita quantity of the resources is inadequate that hamper the development of economy. China has been in institutional innovation from reform and opening-up. Institutional innovation is one of most important and Influential factors which impact the development of economy and the way of resource utilization.This paper aims to reveal the real sustainable development status of Sunan areas by the analysis of the level of urbanization and resource utilization of Sunan areas, and reveal the necessity of resource- saving urbanization path of Sunan areas,and try to promote healthy development of the urbanization of Sunan areas through Institutional Improvement.Chapter 1 of this paper put forward the reserach necessity and significance,pointing out that the current taking a resource-saving urbanization is the only development way. Chapter 2 put forward the development paths of urbanization on the theory.The theories of America keeping from urban sprawling and Japan compact urbanization provide the basis for Sunan areas'resource-saving urbanization path. Chapter 3 analyzes the status of resources of China and all over the world to explain that Sunan areas is necessary to take the resource-saving urbanization path. Chapter 4 put forward empirical analysis of the level of urbanization and resource meter of Sunan areas,discover that Sunan areas is in the state of resource overload and serious waste of resources. Chapter 5 analyze the reasons of serious waste of resources of Sunan areas from the point of view of land system, resource pricing system, use of funds system, urban planning system and government decision-making monitoring system and so on. Chapter 6 try to propose a solution in serious waste of resources of Sunan areas from the point of view of institutional improvement. Chapter 7 is conclusions of the point of view of this paper.
