The Research On Barriers Of The Resource-saving Agriculture In Shandong Province

Agriculture is restricted by agricultural resources in Shandong, especially water andland. Therefore, the establishment of a resource-conserving agriculture has a big significancefor sustainable and healthy development of agriculture in this province. Building aresource-conserving agriculture as an important part of building a resource-saving society is along-term strategy to the development of the agricultural economy in Shandong Provincewhich should be paid attention. In this paper, the connotation of resource-conservingagriculture as the starting point, analyzing water、 land and energy-saving practice of severaltypes of resource-saving agricultural production systems. The obstacle factors ofresource-saving agricultural development are classified to analyze the obstacles in building aresource-saving agriculture in Shandong Province. According to the lack of building aresource-conserving agriculture in Shandong，putting forward of some suggestion to improveresource-saving level of agricultural production systems.The thesis is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction and theoretical basis of this paper which is mainly thefirst and second chapters. This section outlines the significance of the topic and the status quoof domestic and foreign research and the innovation point and inadequate, describing thetheoretical basis for building a resource-saving agriculture.The second part is about the development of the resource-conserving agriculture inShandong which is the third chapter. This section lists the water, land and energy-savingstyles of resource-saving agriculture and analyzes the development of the practice andpotential of three resource-saving styles.The third part is about the barriers of resource-conserving agriculture which is the fourthchapter. The resource-conserving agriculture obstacle factors are classified by resourceendowments, technical, institutional policy and regional economic development. According tofive kinds of obstacles，analyzing the resource-saving real barriers.The fourth part is about the policies and measures of building a resource-savingagriculture. According to the inadequate of building a resource-saving agriculture inShandong, identify the impact of main obstacle factors. Put forward the measures of building the resource-saving agriculture in terms of quality of participator, resource endowments,technology, institution and area economics.
