The Significance And The Path Of Increasing The Masses' Property Income

"Conditions will be created to enable more citizens to have property income" is a concept with rich connotation and deep root, which has been proposed in the report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC). In this paper, I described the status quo of the property income of Chinese residents, analyzed the economic background of creating conditions to enable more people to have their property income in the report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the CPC, and pointed out the theoretical significance of making working people own their property income based on the definition of "the masses", "property", "property income" etc.. First of all, making the laborers become the producing materials owners is an important view in Marxist economics; Secondly, having the working masses own their property income advances Marxist theory of income distribution; Thirdly, making more people own property income is the essential requirement of socialism, in favor of promoting the common prosperity; Finally, increasing the property income of people is a necessary path of necessary material prerequisite to achieve man's free and comprehensive development, and it's also an abundance and development in the theory of human development. Meanwhile, the increasing of the masses' property income also has important practical significance for the adjustment of Chinese unreasonable income distribution and can expand domestic demand and build harmonious society.In this paper, I primarily work with the combining method of normative and empirical research to carry out the path analysis through raising workers' wages, increasing the masses' income by expanding employment channels and providing market conditions which can maintain and increase the property value of citizens. Eventually, policy recommendations about sustaining income increasing will be brought up.
