| In China, it is the main strategies and approaches for Construction of New Urban Development at this stage. It has an important role in promoting local economic development and drawing the framework of cities, but at the same time, creates many problems, such as inefficient land use, ecological and arable land in a rapid decline, destruction of ecological environment. So it is of great significance to take landscape ecology theory to solve the urban issues. In this paper, based on systems theory, theory of urban-rural integration, ecological economics, sustainable and Landscape Pattern, land use and other related theories on the City it analyzes the land use, raise the urban landscape New ecological planning principles and combine them to study problems. First, it leads into new concepts of urban infrastructure and ecological land which is the basis of sustainable development and ecological shelter in New Urban, Plans ecological sites, sets aside rural areas, agricultural land, then designs the urban construction land, in order to achieve the rational growth of the city. Second, it takes adequate attention to plan and protect the green, water and other open space in land use, combine the green Square and underground to achieve win-win results in the intensive land use and open space system. Last ,in the part of the empirical analysis ,it studies ecological infrastructure in New Urban in Zhengzhou city, including green space system, ecological system consisting of rivers ,lakes, wetlands, land conservation , historic sites and eco-agriculture, optimizes the layout, analyzes and designs Dragon Lake Landscape ,and proposes basic ideas and measures. The research suggests that in urban it introduces the planning concept of Ecological priority and Urban and Rural Areas, makes the plaque ecology and transportation corridor connections and material, energy and information achieve a reasonable smooth exchange and flow in the region ,and new urban area tend to rational and healthy development. |
