Study On Planning Layout Of The Ecological Land In Liuzhou City Based On Landscape Ecology

With the development of social economy and continuous expansion of urban land as well as the ecological land gradually disappeared, the land ecological problem is increasingly serious. Ecological land is the guarantee for national and regional ecological security, so we should rationally plan and layout the regional ecological land to lay a foundation for regional sustainable development. In order to explore the ecological security pattern to accordance with Liuzhou city and achieve the social, economic and ecological sustainable development, this paper takes Liuzhou city for example, its ecological land as research object and based on current situation to reasonable plan and layout the ecological land of Liuzhou city.This paper defines the concept of ecological land at first through learning from the relative research about ecological land at home and abroad. Based on National Land Use Classification System, the ecological land is classified as natural ecological land, artificial ecological land and potential ecological land.Secondly, it choose nine landscape indices from three kinds of Landscape index system that are Landscape heterogeneity, landscape architecture, landscape unit features, and use Fragstats3.3 software to calculating the landscape index of ecological land for Liuzhou city. Then according to their calculation result, it analysis the landscape spatial pattern of ecological land and reveal the problems of ecological land in Liuzhou city.Finally, based on the analysis on present situation of ecological land and landscape comprehensive level in Liuzhou city, it grades the ecological land of Liuzhou city, then combines the ecological service value and its GDP ratio of each countries in Liuzhou city to grade the divided districts of ecological service value and its GDP. Based on two spatial overlay analysis it grades construction division of ecological land in Liuzhou city including construction zone in central gentle slope plain, restoration areas in southern Karst basin and construction zone in northern hilly. According to the result of ecological land construction divisions, author proposes the "one central, two districts, one corridor" mode for plan and layout the ecological land of Liuzhou city, proposes the development direction and goal as well as makes planning layout for ecological corridor of Liujiang town. It also proposes security planning and design strategies from the perspective of legal system, policies, capital and technology investment and the level of public participation.To construct landscape ecological security pattern based on ecological land can provide a scientific basis for a new round of land use planning and also has very important practical significance.
