In the era of knowledge economy, economic system has been continuously developed and perfected, but along with the intense competition, a series of problems become more severe, such as a lack of corporate social responsibility, high frequency of non-ethical behaviors, serious loss of staff, the tense relationship between organization and staff, and they are serious challenges facing the organization and management, even directly affects the performance and interests of enterprises. Based on self-survival and long-term development, the building of business Ethics, as well as the improvement and stability of the relationship between organization and staff are receiving more attentions. So, what is the relationship between business ethics and organization-staff psychological contract? How to guide staff's attitudes and behaviors through ethical building? They are important problems to be solved in the process of organizational management, and they are also the purposes of this dissertation.Although the building of business ethics has already attracted wide attentions, and the opinions on the conception and components of business ethics have not reached a consensus one. Domestic research on business ethics is still at the initial stage. In terms of the psychological contract, related researches are more extensive and in-depth, especially there are lots of empirical researches on the content of psychological contract, but still different. Except that,researches are rarely involved the relationship between the two factors.Based on existing researches, this dissertation has analyzed the components of business ethics and psychological contract systemically. In this study, the components of business ethics contains business ethical values, Business Ethical culture, business ethical criterion and business ethical activities; the components of psychological contract contains the organization's responsibility to staff, the staff responsibility to organization and the staff responsibility to colleague. Note that the object of this research on the components of psychological contract is not the objective responsibility, but the subjective perception and expectation of objective responsibility.After fixed the components of business ethics and psychological contract, the dissertation explores the relationship between business ethical components and psychological contracts'. At the same time, the corresponding hypotheses and the associated model between business ethics and psychological contract have been put forward. Finally, through empirical study, test the components, the hypotheses and the associated model that the dissertation have put forward in order to support this research.However, due to business ethics and psychological contract involves lots of subjects and fields, in addition to both of them are vulnerable to regional culture, organizational context, individual consciousness and other factors, so there are still some limitations and deficiencies in the dissertation to be remedied in the follow-up study.
