Build The Evaluation Index System Of Chinese Private Enterprise Society Responsibility

In the past 30 years of development process, China's private enterprise has been a role in the development of China's economy, has played an important in promoting the economic growth of China, providing social full employment, cultivating the main body of market, establishing and perfecting the economic system. But China's private enterprise has some neglected problems in their social responsibility: such as the labor contract rate is lower, the contents of the contract are non-standard,provisions often appears in the contract, waste of resources and pollute the environment,the problems of staff's safety and healthy in producting, disharmony and unstable problem caused by backsalary and vicious incident, product quality and safety problems,etc. These problems will directly affect the private enterprise's image and sustainable development in the new period, directly relate to the construction of harmonious society.In recent years, the demand for private enterprise to take more social responsibility is getting louder. what about private enterprise society responsibility? And how to evaluate private enterprise social responsibility? Based on the analysis of private enterprise characteristics, the performance of corporate social responsibility and the reasons, we proposed the contents of private enterprise society responsibility, established Chinese private enterprise society responsibility evaluation index system. This system respectively analysis from the labor rights protection, business ethics, environmental protection and sustainable development, and public welfare, initially set 56 indexes, each index is assigned the specific standard to obtain and quantificat evaluation indexes. Collect data through the questionnaire survey, design indexes in principle of availability and scientificity , Using variation coefficient method and correlation coefficient method,Selecte indexes in principle of specificity, sensitivity, representative, determine 28 indexes in the private enterprise society responsibility evaluation index system. Then, determine the weight of each index by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and put forward the index standardization method and evaluation model in order to evaluate private enterprise society responsibility for the enterprise, government and society.
