In the context of economic globalization, the enterprise have to consider the environmentprotection, the interests of employees, the business ethics and the security with expanding thescale and improving the proiftability, Corporaet social responsibility is a vital factor of corecompetitiveness in the world. In particular, the practice of PSR is more important, because thepurchasing is the source of business operations of the enterprises.Based on the relevant theories, this paper explore the common direction included CSRand SCM,put forward the purchasing social responsibility. Then,through reading relevantliteratures, holding brain-storm meetings and deep interviews, this paper produced thequestionnaire. After collecting the samples and arrange the data, this paper used SPSS19.0toanalyze the data,and used statistical methods include descriptive analysis, reliability analysisto explore the factors on the practice of purchasing social responsibility. The method offurther stage analysis was adopted to calculate the ifnal weight relation between second classtarget and headquarter general goal. Then the article aims to design the purchasing socialresponsibility evaluation index system through the conclusion, analysis and research ofrelated data. To help corporate evalu’ate it s situation of social responsibility and hopes as thereference of strengthen the social responsibility awareness.By the empirical research, the results proved that: The practice of purchasing socialresponsibility is influenced by the environment protection, the business ethics, the interests ofemployees, the security safeguard and the philanthropy, in which the environment protectionis the greatest impact factor, the philanthropy is the minimal impact factor.At last, this paper summarizes the conclusions of this research. Meanwhile, thelimitations of this study as well as some problems requiring further research are put forward.This study not only enriches the theory of PSR, provides an evidence for enetrprise tofulifll their purchasing social responsibility, but also provides an basis and method forenetrprise to evaluate and quantiyf their purchasing social responsibility.
