The proposal of the CPC Central Committee on formulating the fourteenth five year plan for national economic and social development and the long-term goals for the year 2035 " mentions the need to systematically lay out new infrastructure and accelerate the construction of the fifth generation mobile communication,industrial Internet,big data center,etc.Thus,China will pay more and more attention to the exploration and use of Internet technology in the future.At the same time,Chinese Internet corporate will play a huge role.But it is worth noting that the Internet as a new technology of rapid development and change,and Internet corporate as a rapidly developing enterprise category in the late 20 th century,so far,from a worldwide perspective,there is still a lack of broad consensus on what kind of social responsibility Internet corporate should fulfill,the implementation way,supervision system and evaluation system of social responsibility,and Internet corporate are not consistent with each other the extensive and in-depth social impact is extremely disproportionate,so how to establish the Internet corporate social responsibility system is an urgent issue in front of China and even the world,and it is also an important link related to the future development of the country and mankind.As one of the research objects of economic philosophy,the research object of business ethics is the behavior norms or systems in the field of economic management activities and economic management,with the purpose of better management.corporate social responsibility system is an important part of corporate ethics research,and as a standard,it is used to judge whether the enterprise has fulfilled its social responsibility.Therefore,the related problems of Internet corporate social responsibility must be solved,including but not limited to what is Internet corporate social responsibility,what are the indicators of Internet social responsibility,how to evaluate Internet corporate social responsibility,how to build Internet social responsibility system,and how to carry out internal management and external supervision of Internet corporate social responsibility.In the face of the related problems of Chinese Internet corporate social responsibility,this thesis attempts to build a set of social responsibility system in line with the characteristics of Chinese Internet corporate according to the construction experience of other corporate social responsibility systems and the characteristics of Chinese Internet corporate.The responsibility system includes two parts,one is the evaluation system of Internet corporate social responsibility,the other is the management system of Internet corporate social responsibility.The former is how to evaluate the social responsibility of Internet corporate,while the latter is how to make Internet corporate fulfill their social responsibility.Although they solve different problems,they are unified under the big theme of how to promote Internet corporate to fulfill their social responsibilities.The ultimate goal of the Chinese Internet corporate social responsibility evaluation system is to enable external evaluators to get the final Internet corporate social responsibility evaluation score and evaluation level through the corresponding mathematical model.Considering that each responsibility index of Internet corporate social responsibility has obvious hierarchical characteristics,it is suitable to use AHP to construct the index.The Internet corporate social responsibility evaluation system constructed in this thesis is divided into three levels,the first level has one index,namely the Internet corporate social responsibility evaluation system;the second level has nine indexes;the third level is the subdivision index under the second level,with a total of 32 indexes.For the establishment of the mathematical model of Internet corporate social responsibility evaluation system,the method used in this thesis is the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The advantage of using this method is that the evaluators can score the performance of various responsibilities of Internet corporate,and the mathematical model can be obtained through a series of mathematical calculus.The model can calculate the Internet corporate social responsibility and social responsibility The evaluation score and grade of the index.Finally,this thesis establishes a set of model,which can make the score of external evaluators transform into the final evaluation score and evaluation grade of Internet corporate social responsibility(excellent,good,medium,qualified,unqualified).The Chinese Internet corporate social responsibility management system includes two parts.The first part is the reshaping management of the core values of Internet corporate.The second part is the construction of the Internet corporate social responsibility management system,which includes two aspects: one is the internal management of Internet corporate social responsibility;the other is the external management of Internet corporate social responsibility.By comparing the core values of Internet corporate in China and abroad,we find their advantages and disadvantages.By sorting out and summarizing the above ideas,we can get the reshaped core values of Chinese Internet corporate.When Chinese Internet corporate reshape their core values,they can choose according to their own actual conditions and situations.This thesis will construct the Internet corporate social responsibility management system from two aspects: internal management and external management.Internal management includes employee identification,enterprise interaction with all parties,enterprise development strategy,enterprise accountability system and enterprise operation creed;external management includes the formulation of Chinese Internet corporate Social responsibility standards,the establishment of Chinese Internet corporate social responsibility evaluation mechanism,strengthen Chinese Internet corporate social responsibility industry self-discipline,improve the relevant laws and regulations of Chinese Internet industry and improve Chinese Internet corporate social responsibility incentive mechanism.The Chinese Internet corporate social responsibility system proposed in this thesis not only enables people to find problems,but also enables people to solve problems.In short,it is how to promote Chinese Internet corporate to better fulfill their social responsibilities.The internal management and external management of Internet corporate are two complementary parts.Without one of them,Internet corporate can not effectively fulfill their social responsibilities.The evaluation system provides a mathematical model,so that each evaluation subject can conduct an intuitive assessment of an Internet enterprise;the management system provides an exact direction,so that corporate,society,the public and the government can better manage the internal and external social responsibility of Internet corporate;at the same time,the management system also provides an action guide to guide the Internet enterprise subject to carry out the evaluation Implementation of internal and external management measures.It must be pointed out that the two systems can be used separately or comprehensively according to people’s different willingness to use.Compared with the former,the latter is more important.This dissertation achieves the following innovations: first,the innovation of the research object.The existing research on corporate social responsibility mostly focuses on the traditional manufacturing industry,but the Internet industry has many differences in social responsibility compared with the general industry because of its Internet characteristics,so this thesis takes the Internet enterprise as the research object,which is innovative.Second,the innovation of research methods.At present,most of the existing researches on Internet corporate social responsibility use literature analysis and case analysis to explore Internet corporate social responsibility and its related issues.This thesis uses questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to study Internet corporate social responsibility,which is an innovation in research methods.Third,the innovation of research issues.The existing research on Internet corporate social responsibility mainly focuses on two perspectives,one is the analysis of the characteristics,lack of performance and reasons of Internet media social responsibility;the other is the appeal of Internet corporate social responsibility based on cases and facts.This thesis studies the construction of Internet corporate social responsibility system,especially the integration of evaluation system and management system innovation of research problems.Fourth,the innovation of Internet corporate social responsibility system.This thesis discusses the Internet corporate social responsibility system,including evaluation system and management system.Generally speaking,the academic research on Internet corporate social responsibility is from the perspective of management.This thesis focuses on the use of the basic theoretical tools of corporate social responsibility to establish an evaluation system model,which can make the others know the evaluation score and level of Internet corporate social responsibility.The Internet corporate social responsibility evaluation system can effectively solve the problem that people have no basis to evaluate the Internet corporate social responsibility,that is,people can know through the evaluation system which aspects or responsibility dimensions should be evaluated when evaluating the Internet corporate social responsibility,and at the same time determine the level of social responsibility practice for the Internet corporate with evaluation objectives.The Internet has increasingly become a part of Chinese people’s life.The greater the influence of network corporate,the greater the responsibility.The establishment of a clear,effective and innovative evaluation system of Chinese Internet corporate social responsibility is the basis of maintaining national security and social stability,not just the task of which enterprise,which is worthy of continuous exploration by corporate and research circles.Limited by time and
