In that case, study of Tourism's sustainable development has turn into a significant research subject.Basis of Tourism's sustainable development in this thesis: Firstly, LuQuan's beautiful landscape scenery, rich human culture and various tourism resources laid down a good foundation for tourism. Secondly, located near capital city, LuQuan became the first choice for Urban Area Development and advanced area for entertainment, traveling, conference and exhibition, depending on its graceful landscape, superior location and terrain condition. Thirdly, construction of Capital city, site conditions of surrounding area, and sound ecological environment serve as basis for sustainable development of LuQuan's Tourism.Tourism is the most potential industry in Prefect Ural region economy.
