In current Societal Environment, the information technology is rapid developing, competition of the buyers'market is increasingly fierce, the global market and trade system have totally established, the knowledge economy have grown up and the sustainable development and environmental protection have been increasingly concerned. The control system pattern concerning with manufacture production mode is facing tremendous revolution. Push, Pull and Push-Pull are typical production control systems which are commonly employed in present production assembly line. These patterns almost involve all production control systems used in productive enterprise. MRP, Kanban and ConWIP are three typical models. Therefore, it is meaningful to understand and choose production control mode by studying on these typical production control system.This article is attempting to inherit and develop newest research achievement both here and abroad. It research on these different production control system behavior under different conditions. The quantificational and imaginational result is demonstrated by computer simulation technology. The result can be used to estimate these typical production control system.This article mainly study on a bulb assemble line under different production control environments. It is conducted to analyze the features of these production control system and proposes a choose instruction. The article includes:(1) It analyzes purpose and significance of simulation study on production control system, and introduces and analyzes MRP, Kanban and ConWIP. Therefore, the foundation of establishing production control system simulation models is settled.(2) On the base of basic model assumes, MRP simulation model, Kanban simulation model and ConWIP simulation model are established with a bulb assemble line.(3) On the base of three system simulation models, the production control system comparison simulation model is established to convenient for comparison by simulating them in the same environment. The systems are comprehensively compared through statistics analysis their work in process inventory, delivered quantity, manufactured inventory and cycle time. Finally conclude three systems property, relative merits and applicability.(4) In the end, the article summarizes the research work, and prospects the researching on production control system by computer simulation technology.
