The market competition has turned more intensive, the enterprise must be able to quickly respond the diverse needs of customers, the production means of multiple types & small quantity is becoming the main production mode of enterprise. Mixed assembling line can better adapt to the mode of production. Production control is one of the most important parts in Manugistics.CONWIP as combination of push system and pull system is a new model. To study how to use CONWIP management system in mixed flow assembly supply chain, to reduce logistics cost of the production enterprise; to Strengthen enterprise competitive power, which brings the enormous economic benefits to production enterprises and creates more values for the socialDevelopment CONWIP is usually based on detailed analysis and mathematical modeling, which is not for management decisions and macroscopic planning. As more and more people use CONWIP in production line, how to use CONWIP and CONTIP in supply chain management, which has become an important research direction.This paper uses CONWIP to research the mixed flow assembly supply chain, in order to find best Production Strategy and queuing strategy. Below are the major works:(1) The paper analyzes and researches the importance of Production control strategy, and then compares push system with pull system, which lays the foundation of building simulation model of cars mixed flow assembly CONWIP supply chain system(2) The paper introduces the logistics system simulation technology, especially the discrete system simulation and principle and modeling process of ExtendSim software simulation, which lays the theoretical foundation of building simulation model of cars mixed flow assembly CONWIP supply chain system.(3) The paper defines automobile mixed flow assembly production system, combining the abstract thinking of modeling, and on the basis of introducing automobile mixed flow assembly in detail, we set up the model of automobile mixed flow assembly. Then we verify the model. (4) in order to compare and analyze the two strategies, we use the genetic algorithm Optimizer of ExtendSim to optimize CONWIP/CONTIP system, and then by changing of kanban and inventory of system, we analyze the robustness of the CONWIP/CONTIP system. Finally we use all kinds of queuing Strategy to simulate, so we obtain some conclusive guidance.(5) Summarizes the current research, some advices about Simulation Research on CONWIP management system of Auto mixed flow assembly supply chain for future research on this subject is given.
