With the development of economic globalization, trade in services plays an important role in the world economy. As the largest share of the trade in services, tourism industry becomes the focus of competition among countries. In 2007, tourist arrivals in China ranked fourth in the world. At the same year, the exchange revenue of international tourism exceeded 41.9 billions U.S. dollars. China is in the stage of rapid development of inbound tourism. How much strength do we have to participate in international competition? What problems still exist? It is well worth discussing how to enhance the international competitiveness of China's inbound tourism.This paper introduces the factors of industrial organization to research the competitiveness of Chinese inbound tourism. It provides a new research perspective to focus the impact of industrial organization in the competition. Analyze the international competitiveness of China's inbound tourism, and put forward corresponding solutions. In other words, becoming effective competition in the industrial organizational structure is an effective way to improve the competitiveness.
