In the situation of global economic integration process speed up quickly, many enterprises take the M&A as a import way to participate in market competition and grow up rapidly ,but the success of M&A is not as much as people expect ,on the M&A failure ,theorists have basically reached consensus :the success of merger and acquisitions is very closely related to the acquisition integration .If the acquisition integration failed ,the value of mergers and acquisitions are not possibly realized .In many contents of the integration, cultural integration is a key factor in the success of mergers and acquisitions.With the further rapid development of the economy ,mergers and acquisitions market will be more prosperous ,but how to eliminate the cultural conflicts arising from the cultural differences ,reduce acquisition costs and improve acquisition performance through effective culture integration measure is a major problem that the enterprises join in the wave of M&A faces and the main contents of this paper.This text takes the corporate culture and the merger theory as foundation and takes the cultural difference in the merger as clues, through the analysis of the manifestations of cultural conflict and the interrelated difficulties in cultural integration, combined with the actual cases of the cultural integration ,finally explore the effective way in the implementation of M&A cultural integration ,and hope that through this study for the M&A to provide some theoretical supports for the cultural integration in practice.
