Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise and the foundation of the formation of corporate values.With out corporate culture,it will lack direction,will and cohesion.As the acceleration of the social rhythm,the market competition is increasingly fierce,the enterprise's internal and external environment is complex and changeable,more and more enterprises choose to expand market share and production scale by merger and acquisition.Successful merger and acquisition can not only Bring a qualitative leap,but also Injected fresh blood to the enterprise and bring them into a benign development cycle.In the enterprise merger and reorganization,participants often only pay attention to the increase of assets,scale expansion and market share brought by mergers and acquisitions,and defeat other competitors.However,in recent years,many cases of mergers and acquisitions,although many successful cases,but the failure of the case is not uncommon.Many mergers and acquisitions in the original case of being optimistic,unexpected failure,can not help but sigh.M & a is not just a merger agreement,or a simple combination of funds and personnel,in which the integration of corporate culture is one of the important factors for the success of M & A.Each enterprise has its own unique corporate culture,which can not be exactly the same,so mergers and acquisitions inevitably to face the friction and collision of two different cultures.Whether the corporate culture of both sides can merge successfully,there are a lot of restriction factors,so it is necessary to carry on deep analysis discussion and research to the merging problem of the corporate culture of both sides,summarize the rule and propose the solution,make the scientific scheme of merging,prevent and evade the cultural contradiction that may appear in the course of merging in advance,ensure the smooth merging of corporate culture and advance the benign development of enterprise.On the basis of studying the theory of corporate culture,the author takes the corporate culture integration work in the process of SW company merger HY company as an example,starts with the case of a securities company merging,tries to studies the cultural integration problem in depth from point to area,and finds out the principles to be followed in the cultural integration work in the process of enterprise merging through analysis.Put forward the strategy of corporate culture integration,and do a good job in the system management of M & a corporate culture integration.The cultural fusion of the enterprise is a continuous work,the cultural contradiction will still exist when the M&A work is finished,the necessity and importance of cultural fusion still need to be paid attention to.I hope that this study can provide some valuable information for the cultural fusion work in the enterprise merger and acquisition.
