In modern social,economic development rely on more and more human re-sources,human resources has become the "first resource" of economic develop-ment,and it is most essential and effective factor of all factors created proper-ty,is the most important asset of a country, is also an important source of na-tional development. With the role of human resources in economic growth inc-reasing,the regional heterogeneity of human resources has increasingly becomean important factor of promoting the imbalance in China's regional economic development.The eastern,the central areas and the western is China's three maj-or economic zones of economic development,the economic growing gap amon-g the regions is becoming more and more large,in view of the important position of human resources in economic development, it is especially important to research regional economic development form the view of human resources.In this paper,in perspective of the Eastern,the Central area and the West-ern region,study the heterogeneity of human resources impact on regional eco-nomic development. First of all,to analyse economic development gap among the three regions,from the time gap among regional economic development an-d spatial variation analysis;secondly,by the three regional human resource statu-s analysis,to identify human resources gaps of three areas in the amount;quail-ty,structure and efficiency;further,to analysis the human resources impact on r-egional economic disparities;lastly,contrast the different impact on the three ar-eas of human resources for economic development,proposed strategies and pro-posals to narrowing the gap between China's regional economic.
