As the result of reform and opening-up, a lot of international capital and technology entered Dongduan. All kinds of enterprises of Dongguan are developed rapidly. Dongguan is going to be The International Famous City of Manufacturing. Human resources management is very important for the rapid development of economy. The value is remarkable in the process of enterprises'growth from strategic planning of human resources to recruitment and training, from salary to evaluation, and from relationship of employees to corporate culture. More and more researchers pay more attention to human resources management of Dongguan, which is consummated and standardized gradually.Although human resources management of Dongguan has advantage of strategic planning and corporate culture at the macro level, it's not perfect at the micro level. There are not effective methods to develop employees, improve enterprises'environment, implement strategy and new measures. It's necessary to think over the disadvantage.It's argued of human resources management of enterprises in Dongguan deeply and systematically based on researching a lot of references and synthesizing modern management, human resources, economics, managerial psychology and philosophy. Managerial model of localization based on humanism is brought forward for human resources management of enterprises in Dongguan. The theory is advanced and operable after introduction and localization of human resources management of west countries. It's demonstrated in the article.
