Energy shortages and environmental problems have become stumbling blocks to economic progress.People have come to realize that the development of clean new energy can help people out of trouble.In the continuous exploration and analysis of many new energy sources,the large number,wide distribution,simple development of solar energy has become the focus of attention.It is found that photovoltaic power generation can not only maximize the use of solar energy resources,but also has the advantages of environmental protection,clean,scale economy and so on.This advantage has prompted people to take the photovoltaic industry as a new economic growth point,the photovoltaic industry and other related industries combined development.Because photovoltaic industry is a new industry,so people have little research on it.this paper intends to select cm company,a private enterprise with medium-sized and large development space in photovoltaic industry,through field research and study,collect data,to understand and analyze its existing performance evaluation system,find out its shortcomings and improve it,hoping to help enterprises improve their competitiveness,do guarantee for the long-term development of enterprises,and provide a suitable case for industry research.Based on the basic theory,this paper introduces the related theory of comprehensive performance evaluation of photovoltaic enterprises,which lays a foundation for the construction and design of the index system.Then the operating environment is analyzed,including the development status of photovoltaic power generation enterprises in China from a macro perspective,and the overview of cm company's own status from a micro perspective.Focus on the analysis of cm company's existing performance evaluation system,combined with the characteristics of enterprise development,to improve its existing performance evaluation system,so as to build a new system with strong applicability.The core and innovation of this paper,relying on the traditional balanced scorecard evaluation index system design guidelines and four basic design principles,combined with cm company's existing performance management system and industry specificity,break the traditional balanced scorecard model,through the integration of several indicators of benefit dimension,innovation dimension,development dimension,and with the help of Kalman-neural network analysis,establish a performance evaluation index system with strong applicability.The innovation of this paper is not only to test the fitting degree of the performance evaluation system from the overall industry perspective,but also to find the problems existing in the enterprise itself from the individual reality.Through two-way validation,to help cm company can more scientific development,in order to in the fierce market competition in a steady rise in the position.
