This article made before evaluation and feasibility analysis on wind power concession project of 300-megawatt in WuLanYiLiGeng in Bayannaoer City. Begin, the project was introduced overview, then made the project feasibility analysis in four aspects. First, from the market feasibility of the situation of China's wind energy resources and the development of wind power industry to analyze the situation. Second, technical feasibility, resource conditions, site selection, technical solutions, equipment and engineering programs of the program. Third, economic feasibility analysis was made, engineering design budget, financial evaluation and analysis. Fourth, the social benefits of wind power projects were analyzed, including the natural environment, socio-economic, social and environmental effects. In conclusion, it analysis shows that: This wind power project is feasible, will bring a series of economic and social benefits. At the same time, this analysis can be applied to other wind power project feasibility study, and has broad applicability.
