Wind energy is a typical kind of clean energy. Nowadays as the energy ismore and more scarce, people pay more and more attention to wind energy.Compared with the traditional fossil energy, wind energy, due to its renewable,pollution-free advantages, has great potential for development. At present, thewind power industry is developing rapidly, and there is no more a lot of relativetechnology limitation. Wind farm project commercial operation has become moremature. In the future, the proportion of wind power in the energy will graduallyimprove, and it will become an important energy source of human.Despite of the rapid development of wind power industry, there is nostandard of unified, scientific evaluation function of wind power project. Thenumber of wind power project is huge, and the project scale is big, but theevaluation study of wind power project is not deep enough. Faced with thissituation, considering the characteristics of wind power project, a set of suitablefor wind power project evaluation index system is established. a multi-levelfuzzy comprehensive evaluation is built for this system. Finally, a wind powerproject in Inner Mongolia is comprehensively pre-evaluated, by using theestablished index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The evaluation result verified the comprehensiveness of the index system’sand the scientificity of the evaluation model.
