The Research On The Thinking Of The Optimization And Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In Jilin Province

Industrial structure is essential to the steady and fast growth of national economy. It is shown from international experience and China practice that the process of economic development equals to the course of continually adjustment and optimization of industrial structure, which means the upgrading of industrial structure. The changing and development of the leading industry is not only the key to upgrading the industrial structure, but also the fundamental driving force of promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and economic growth.This article, based on the theory relevant to the study, studying the evolution characteristics of industrial structure in Jilin province from several aspects, including standard structure, industrial structure upgrade coefficient and Hoffman proportion; and then find the path dependence of adjustment of industrial structure by Selecting the leading industry in Jilin Province; again, it measures the level of industrial structure rationalization through calculating shadow price with DEA method, which is based on structure benefit reference. Finally, we find the adjustment direction for industrial structure and put forward the suggestions of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Jilin province.
