Since the Reform and Opening up,China's economy has begun to develop rapidly and surpassed Japan in 2010,making it the second largest economy in the world.China's rapid development has attracted the attention of all countries in the world, and the related issues of economic growth have also received the attention of scholars. The evolution of the industrial structure plays a crucial role in economic growth. The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure can make resources more efficient allocation, which can promote economic growth;the irrational industrial structure will cause a lot of waste of resources, which will have a negative impact on economic growth.Changes in the industrial structure of a region will have a positive or negative impact on economic development.Different regions have different industrial structures due to geographical factors, related policies, historical reasons and so on and the changes in industrial structure are also different. From the perspective of regional economy, this paper studies the impact of industrial structure changes in various regions of China on economic growth.Firstly,we study the evolution process of industrial structure in 31 regions of China in the past 20 years, quantify the measurement of industrial structure change, and analyze the process of industrial structure evolution from the two indicators of industrial structure rationalization and advancedization combined with the ratio of three industries in each region. On the whole, the degree of rationalization and the degree of advancement of the industrial structure show an upward trend, but the intermediate process has some twists and turns. Then, using the deviation-quota analysis method, the regions were classified and compared according to the influence of industrial structure factors on economic growth.By comparing the changes in the contribution of the three industries to economic growth in the past 20 years from 1995 to 2014,the impact of industrial structure evolution on economic growth was measured. It was found that the changes in industrial structure in the more developed regions were mainly concentrated in the second. The transfer of industry to the tertiary industry, the contribution rate of the secondary industry to economic growth is often lower than the contribution rate of the national secondary industry to economic growth of 43.86%,and the contribution of the tertiary industry is often higher than the contribution of the tertiary industry in the country.47.70%,and the more developed, the higher the degree of economic growth of its tertiary industry. The industrial structure of underdeveloped regions is not reasonable enough, and the proportion of the three industries is relatively unbalanced. However, the contribution of the primary industry to economic growth is often higher than the contribution of the national primary industry to economic growth by 8.44%,and the contribution of the second or tertiary industry. It often fails to reach the average level, and then rationalizes industrial structure and industrial structure as an explanatory variable. The economic growth rate of each region is used as an explanatory variable to measure the impact of rationalization and advanced on economic growth, and finds that industrial structure is rationalized and advanced. It has a positive positive impact on economic growth, and its rationalization and upgrading have different degrees of impact on economic growth in different regions.
