In the current development of the coal industry,the overall situation remains depressed.So the scientific evaluation of the financial performance of the coal listed companies is important,not only for the companies themselves,but also for the development of the whole coal industry.This thesis is based on the research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad,and analyzed the financial statements data of 26 listed companies for 2012-2016.Constructed the evaluation index system of financial performance of coal listed companies,and using the clustering analysis to screen the indicators.Then use the improved critic weighting method to empower the indicators.On this basis,by using the grey relational analysis method and empowering the time dimension,the grey dynamic model of the financial performance evaluation of coal listed companies are built.And the financial performance of coal listed companies in China is empirically evaluated.Obtained the dynamic comprehensive ranking of financial performance of coal listed companies.The conclusion shows that the financial performance management level of coal listed companies is different,and the factors influencing the financial performance level of coal listed companies are different.Therefore,for the top five coal listed companies should have a sense of urgency,in order to ensure their own advantages,improve their management ability and financial performance level.For the last five listed coal companies should focus on the financial management,based on the multiple development strategy,then enhance their capabilities through asset restructuring,and improve their financial performance level.
