Measure The Level Of Planning Overall Of Urban And Rural Areas Of Jilin Province And Spatial Differences

Since the cities were spun off from rural areas, the relationship between them has become the object of research in various disciplines. They are interdependent, mutual influence, that is development of rural is inseparable from the city's radiation and lead, development in urban is inseparable from the rural areas to promote and support. The coordination of urban and rural development concerns directly the regional economic and social growth, the progress of modernization, and the attaining of the goal of building a harmonious society in all respects.This Paper takes Jilin province as a research object. This Paper scientifically evaluates the developmental degree and spatial structure of this regional relationship in Jilin province by the qualitative and quantitative research methods. The result truly reflects the developmental level and spatial structure of planning overall cities and countryside in Jilin province. Resting on this result,this Paper then puts forward some adjusting strategies on the cities and countryside development, which provides the theoretical and practical evidence of the harmony development of planning overall cities and countries in Jilin province. The paper is mainly divided into five parts:In chapterⅠ,the paper describes the research background and the study area, indicating the significance of the research in urban and rural development for the Jilin province, then the methods of writing paper are expounded.In chapterⅡ, the paper starts with the research on interrelation between city and the countryside at home and abroad, the discusses the sources of urban and rural development thinking and scientific connotations; And in the end development of relations between China's urban and rural areas and relevant theories of planning overall cities and countryside are expounded.In chapterⅢ, the author measure the level of planning overall cities and countryside in Jilin Province. Then the level of planning overall cities and countryside in Jilin Province is analyzed with the index and a comprehensive evaluation of its expounded.In chapterⅣ, the paper starts from the level of planning overall cities and countryside in the previous chapter, analyses the spatial pattern of planning overall cities and countryside in Jilin province, from the four constrained layer indicators . The author points out that spatial pattern of planning overall cities and countryside of Jilin Province was "convex" type distribution, the high level appears in the middle area and both sides of the low , while the eastern area higher than the western area.In chapterⅤ,from the history of urban development in Jilin Province to proceed to analyze the formation of such urban and rural development pattern of the historical factors. And the author puts forward a few suggestions from the present situation of planning overall cities and countryside, in order to deepen planning overall cities and countryside in Jilin province.
