| With the development of modern industrialization,the economy of various countries and regions has developed faster than before,but there are also many worldwide problems,such as resource exhaustion,energy shortage,low environmental quality and ecosystem deterioration,which pose a major threat to the sustainable development of economy and environment and the steady progress of society in all regions of the world.At present,China is in a critical period of rapid economic and social development,and the deterioration of the ecological environment is becoming more and more serious.How to coordinate the relationship between regional economic growth and ecological environmental protection has become a hot topic for government and scholars.The coordinated and sustainable development of social economy and ecological environment is to improve the efficiency level of ecosystem while ensuring economic growth.As an important part of the ecosystem,the improvement of eco-tourism system's ecological efficiency is not only beneficial to the improvement of the ecological environment,but also to the social and economic development.Scientific and accurate evaluation of the eco-efficiency level of the Eco-tourism System in various regions is of great significance for improving the industrial layout,economic structure and the restoration of the ecological environment.The economic development of Jilin Province is relatively slow,and it is also facing the problem of coordinating economic development and ecological environmental protection.Because Jilin Province is rich in eco-tourism resources,most of them have not been reasonably exploited and utilized,which makes many nature reserves,forest parks and other eco-tourism purposes less tourist resources,poor economic efficiency and low level of ecological efficiency.However,in the process of rapid economic and social development,the ecological environment has been deteriorated and the quality of the ecological environment has been reduced,which has seriously affected the economic development,social progress and ecological benefits of Jilin Province.This paper takes Jilin Province's eco-tourism system as the research object,through the evaluation of the eco-tourism system's eco-efficiency,analyses the differences of eco-tourism system's eco-efficiency,spatial structure and influencing factors in different regions of Jilin Province,and contributes to the sustainable development of Jilin Province's economy and eco-environment.This research mainly includes five parts:Firstly,on the basis of summarizing the relevant basic theories and technical methods of ecotourism,ecotourism system and eco-efficiency at home and abroad,the connotation of the concepts related to eco-efficiency of eco-tourism system is defined and analyzed,and the relevant theoretical and methodological systems of eco-efficiency of Eco-tourism System at home and abroad are summarized,and the relevant literature is reviewed.Secondly,based on the theory of eco-tourism system,focusing on the overall goal of eco-tourism development and the current understanding of the connotation of eco-tourism in China,through the analysis of the connotation of various elements of eco-tourism system,the Eco-tourism System Based on eco-efficiency is deconstructed and rebuilt,and five elements of Eco-tourism System Based on eco-efficiency are constructed: eco-tourists,eco-tourism resources.Eco-tourism,eco-tourism environment,and its analysis.Thirdly,a super-efficiency DEA model suitable for evaluating the ecological efficiency matrix network of Jilin Province's eco-tourism system is constructed.The eco-efficiency of Jilin Province and its counties and cities(including counties,county-level cities,prefecture-level cities and urban areas,totaling 46 geographical units)is measured and evaluated by using relevant data from 2003 to 2016.Through the construction of relevant models,the eco-efficiency of Jilin Province's eco-tourism system is measured and evaluated from both static and dynamic aspects.This paper analyses and evaluates the difference of eco-efficiency of Jilin Province's eco-tourism system,examines the convergence and divergence of eco-efficiency of Jilin Province's eco-tourism system,and analyses the spatial and temporal differences of eco-efficiency of Jilin Province's eco-tourism system.Fourthly,in order to effectively improve the level of ecological efficiency of Jilin Province's ecotourism system,construct relevant models,use mathematical methods to quantitatively analyze the spatial effects of ecological efficiency of Jilin Province's ecotourism system,analyze and evaluate the mechanism of the development of ecological efficiency of Jilin Province's ecotourism system,and according to exploratory spatial data analysis method,analyze the water of ecological efficiency of Jilin Province's ecotourism system.The spatial attributes are analyzed,and the global correlation of eco-tourism efficiency in Jilin Province is tested by Moran's I index.The autocorrelation of eco-tourism efficiency in Jilin Province is verified by Moran scatter plot and spatial local LISA.Fifthly,the panel data model is used to analyze the influencing factors of 46 heterogeneous cities and counties in Jilin Province under the time-varying conditions in 14 years.The main factors affecting the ecological efficiency of Jilin Province's eco-tourism system are identified as the level of regional economic development,location conditions,development level of eco-tourism service industry,eco-tourism environmental policy and regional industrial structure.Improving the eco-efficiency of Jilin Province's Eco-tourism System by means of sound mechanism.Finally,it is the conclusion,characteristics and possibilities of this paper.This paper summarizes the main conclusions of this study,summarizes the characteristics and possible innovations of this study,and put forward the shortcomings in the research process of this paper and the prospects for future research work. |
