Study On Evaluation Of Planning Over Cities And Countryside Of Land Use In Jianjin District Of Chongqing

Coordinating urban and rural development and promoting urban and rural integration is an important step toward breaking down the dual urban-rural structure and perfecting the socialist market economy system.Coordinating urban and rural development means changing the traditional ideas and practice of favoring cities over the countryside and administering urban and rural areas separately,and realizing all-round development of both urban and rural areas by taking industries and agriculture,cities and countryside,and urban residents and farmers as a whole respectively,and through unified planning and concerted efforts.This is a new but fundamental approach to solving China's farmer and agriculture issue.Land use,as a constraint coordinating Urban and rural development an important bottleneck one of the factors included in the research agenda.Constructing of planning overall cities and countryside of land use through the index system of co-ordination,coordinating of land-use development of the urban and rural level,posture evaluation,the development of urban and rural land use in analyzing the causes for the lack of co-ordination,finally elected to study urban and rural development measures.This paper is based on the location theory,the price of land theory,growth pole theory and the sustainable use of land-use theory.Jiangjin,in Chongqing,as research object,is for the purpose of coordination from land use perspective to evaluate the overall development of urban and rural of land use,building land-use urban and rural indices,using AHP weight indicators identified to determine the weights of very poor indicators of standardized methods as a means to conduct a regional study of urban and rural land use quantitative evaluation of co-ordination. In this paper,the index system of the main building is divided into four parts:the level of coordination of economy,the level of social co-ordination,the level of coordination of space and the level of coordination environment.Through the urban and rural land use over the level of analysis and evaluation in Jiangjin District from 1998 to 2006,the features,that the coordination of urban and rural areas of land-use in the nine years of Jiangjin,were not high and,and had not yet reached ideal state,and sometimes were fluctuate,but the overall trend was developing in a good direction. Steadily increased coordination of economic and social coordination of greater growth,but the overall level is not high and fluctuates.Coordination of land-use space to a certain extent the rise, but the rate changes little.Coordination of environment has little change,but also to the good development.According to the evaluation results and the actual situation of Jiangjin,the paper presents rational policies and proposals.
