Eco-tourism Assessment For Wetlands Of River Luoyang In Huian

Eco-tourism has become not only the dominant tendencies of the world tourism development but also the effective wany for protection and development of wetland ecosystems.The paper pointed that Eco-tourism was the effective way for developing the wet ecosystem in Luo-yang river.It also had planned the future development on the eco-tourism of the wet ecosystem of the Luo-yang river.The research got the results and conclusions as following: (1)the wet land of Luo-yang river which located in onrth of Quanzhou is the resort vacation fanatasy and has the obvious location advantage.Also it has the abundant tourism resources.The landscape of the wet land has the strongly visual Effects.Among the large number of species breed in here.There is suitable to carry out wetland eco-tourism for Lou-yang wetland ecosystem because of such many advantages.Meanwhile,the local government have attached great importance to develope Luoyang River wetland eco-tourism. The development of the wetland eco-tourism can contribute to the tourism income for local population,so it very was welcomed by them. In short,Luoyang River eco-tourism development has brightly prospects in the future. As located in the junction of the Quanzhou and the Huian where have the large population density, wetland have be damaged severely by man-made, the number of bird populations reduced significantly because of the fishing and hunting behavior from the local people. The natrual environment which birds exits was devastated and Wetland biodiversity was attenuated. At the same time,the local goverments had less detailed plans and rational planning to develope the wetland ecosystem park is one of the great resean for the extremely failure of the eco-tourism resources.which is against the sustainable development of the Luo yang river ecosystem. Base on the results of the development status,anvantages and disadvantages of the wetland garden of the Louyang river,author believe that the best road for developing Louyang river wetland garden is to rationly plans,lay down a scientific tourism development programme, eliminate the administrative style of quick success,make macro-economy layout as science. Some measures can be taken to optimize the layout of the eco-tourism:(1)make sustainable development model and overall development plan for the Luoyang river wetland eco-tourism development;(2)divide the ecosystem tourism space layout and function area.the model "three areas, two belts, one corridor" can be tried;(3)divide the whole conservation areas into three areas:Core protected areas, buffer zones and tourism area. The wetland eco-protection should be closed completely;Ecological landscape buffer should be fully closed protection in a certain number of years;Great original wet marshes be built to recover it;opening up the eco-tourism area for visitors to leisure, tourism and wetlands science education;(4)Full use of some measures such as legal,economic means to coordinatedmanagementfromresourcesresevers,tourise-development,et.Pr otect local culture and environment, and develop appropriate tourism management rules;Standard tourist behavior definite;(5) Persist in the principle on community building.the sustainable development of the Louyang river eco-system tourism will be limited without the particiation and support of the local community residents.
