The development of timber logistics is at the initial stage in our country. The logistics management becomes the core content of the wood processing enterprises, and inventory management is becoming more and more important. The loss brought by overstock and shortage cost can weaken profit and market competition ability of the timber logistics greatly. It can restrict not only the cost of the node enterprise, but also the comprehensive cost, whole performance and competitive advantage of the whole demand chain. Therefore, the corn problem of the wood processing enterprises is how to get the balance of production and sale, how to establish an effective inventory control system and how to realize the spatial value and time value of the products. At present Inventory and Price Integrated Optimization problem of demand chain is a research field that the academic and theoretical circles all pay close attention. But it is a complicated system engineering question. Therefore, according to system and integrated idea, this thesis will solve the Inventory and Price Integrated Optimization problem in one-stage demand chain system of one supplier and one retailer, This thesis can provide a good chance to overcome the inventory and price contradiction that puzzling supplier and demander, and make it possible to improve the overall profit of the demand chain.First of all, the paper reviewed research publications about inventory and price integrated optimization problem. Then it took all factors about Inventory and Price Integrated Optimization problem into consideration, according the theory of price discount and Economic Order Quantity, the improved Inventory and Price Integrated Optimization models were established. At last, a wood processing factory was selected for case study to test the correction of the models and algorithm. The result showed that the supplier and the retailer did get more profit with the strategies. Additionally, a model of inventory Optimization based on the lowest inventory costs was shown in order to stabilize the demand-curve better, decrease stock and increase profit.
