The Research Of Buiding Xiamei Ancient Village Tourism Stakeholders Symbiotic Mechanism

Exploitation of ancient village tourism in China has experienced over 20 years, it has gradually entered from an extensive into a relatively mature stage. However, the particularity of the ancient village tourism resources determines the village would involve many stakeholders, who commonly decide or affect the protection and development direction of village. The sustainable development of ancient village tourism is closely related to symphonic symbiosis of stakeholders. So, this paper introduces the symbiosis theory and stakeholder theory, and tries to research the symbiotic relation and symbiotic development problem of Xiamei village tourism stakeholders, and then it can be able to provide a useful way to coordinate their symbiotic relation. It follows the research idea,"asking questions, and then analyzing problems, solving problems lastly". The text is divided into five chapters.Through the research background of the overview and synthesis of international research status, it proposes the research questions and the main research contents firstly. And then, it introduces the Symbiosis theory and stakeholder theory, and defies the concept of ancient village, ancient village tourism stakeholder and their symbiosis, providing the theoretical basis to the paper. Secondly, it makes the empirical research concerning about the interest demands of the key stakeholders and their realizing ways in the Xiamei ancient village. It judges the order of the interest demands of each key stakeholder through the way of Means Comparison and Paired-Samples T Test. The conclusion is as followed: Key stakeholders have different interest demands, so, they many have conflicts of interest and symbiosis for their significant different demands. But we also have the idea that they have the common goal of "protection and development" for the possibility of their symbiosis. In addition, key stakeholders have many kinds of different realizing ways of interest demands, and will take the most appropriate way which will bring about a positive or negative impact to Xiamei ancient village to achieve their own interest demands. Thirdly, the writer analyzes the symbiotic conflict situations among residents, local government, joint-stock companies and tourists, and points out that their existing symbiotic model is asymmetrical reciprocity and intermittent symbiosis. But they have good symbiosis conditions for becoming a more mutually beneficial and stable symbiotic relation. Lastly, it defies the niche of Wuyi Street Office as macro-controllers, joint-stock as developers and operators, residents as participants, tourists as experiencer, and points out the objective symbiotic model of Xiamei's key stakeholders is symmetrical reciprocal and integration symbiosis. And then it builds the symbiotic mechanism of Xiamei's key stakeholders from four aspects: the expression of interests, the distribution of interests, the compensation of interests and the protection of interests.
