Research On The Assessment Of Comprehensive Benefit Of Ecological Restoration In The Lakeside Zone

Lakeside Zone is one of the key pollution control areas of the whole lake basin, with important ecological, economic and social value. in the lake water environment it plays a very important role. Since the last century since the 70s, as the intensification of human activities, Wuli Lake as one of the most polluted areas in Taihu Lake.So the state has adopted a series of measures for example ecological restoration to improve its environment, and Achieved remarkable results. but wishing on a more intuitive understanding for the effect of the restoration, and specific to the ecological, economic and social dimensions of scientific evaluation is required to quantify and grade descriptions.In this paper, relies on Ecological Restoration Demonstration Project of Qianhu bay in Bogongdao, base on analysis of relevant indicators, summarized and combined with the actual situation of Lakeside Zone, established containing four levels of 26 specific indicators of the Lakeside Zone with a comprehensive benefit assessment of ecological restoration index system, and fully reflect the impact of implementation of ecological restoration on the local ecology, economy and society. At the same time used AHP and Delphi on the Combination to determine the weight of each index and according to the data of field surveys and data collating quantified the various indices and uniform scores given. Finally, used the mathematical model of linear weighted to assess the comprehensive benefit of ecological restoration demonstration project and grading the evaluation results so that the results straightforward.Bogngdao demonstration project by the year 2003, 2006 and 2009 dynamic evaluation of ecological restoration of comprehensive benefits, its comprehensive benefits was found steadily improved, particularly in social benefits, it has been greatly improved with social progress, economic development and improving project management. This indicates that: Ecological restoration is an important and effective measures for lake water environmental governance, which not only greatly improved the lake and the surrounding ecological environment, and socio-economic development for the region has made important contributions.Lakeside Zone Ecological environmental benefits, economic and social benefits for the comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of the managers and decision makers with timely trends in ecological restoration, but also indirectly for the ecological restoration of Lakeside Zone provided with reasonable suggestions, promoting regional ecology, economy and society coordinated development.
