Study On Influence Of Agricultural Structure On Comprehensive Efficiency Of Lakeside Land Use

The improper agricultural structure may directly result to low efficiency of land resources use.Under the background of agricultural supply-side structural reform,based on the current situation of "grain-pig" dual structure in Sichuan Province,the analysis of the influence of agricultural structure on lakeside land use efficiency aims to explore the regional agricultural structure and lakeside land use,and to coordinate the relation between regional agricultural structure and lakeside land use in itself,which helps to guarantee the coordinated development of regional economy,society and ecological environment.Heilongtan Reservoir,the largest artificial lake in West Sichuan,is the drinking water source of Renshou County.The case study on Heilongtan Reservoir may help to optimize the allocation of the regional or lakeside resources,promote agricultural transformation and upgrading,coordinate the development,protect the lakeside land,protect the ecological environment,and provide reference for land use management for the research area.In this paper,based on the theories including System Theory,Cooperativity Theory,and Lakeside Economy Theory,and the methods including analytic hierarchy process,entropy weight method,synthetic index method and coordination degree model,through field investigation,the comprehensive efficiency of the influence of agricultural structure on lakeside land use is analyzed.This paper consists of six parts.The first part is an introduction.The second part is about concept definition and theoretical basis,containing the definition of concepts,the introduction of basic theories,and the identification of theoretical relationship between agricultural structure and lakeside land use.In the third part,the agricultural structure and lakeside land use status in the study area are studied.In the fourth part,the problems existing in lakeside land use and their influencing factors are clarified.In the fifth part,the comprehensive efficiency of lakeside land use influenced by agricultural structure is evaluated.In the sixth part,conclusions and suggestions are proposed.The main conclusions in this paper are as follows.1.Under the influence of agricultural structure,the main problems existing in lakeside land use in Hcilongtan arc:(1)unreasonable lakeside industrial structure adjustment,and water pollution;(2)irrational choice of crop types,and extensive use of agricult'ural land;(3)multiple lakeside land management departments,and overlaps in management rights and liabilities;and(4)lack of management of hydro-fluctuation belt,and shortage of management rules.The lakeside land use is mainly affected by transfer of rural labor,farmland use intensity,lack of awareness and supervision,etc.2.Under the influence of agricultural structure,the comprehensive efficiency of lakeside land use of Heilongtan Reservoir is good,the economic benefit,social benefit,ecological benefit and resource use efficiency are obviously hierarchical,the ecological benefit of lakeside land use are most prominent among them.According to the four types of efficiency,the lakeside land use efficiency of Heilongtan Reservoir in 2005-2015 shows:ecological efficiency(0.2425)>resource use efficiency(0.1702)>economic efficiency(0.1632)>social efficiency(0.0954);In general,the comprehensive efficiency of lakeside land use of Heilongtan Reservoir in 2005-2015 is 0.6713,the comprehensive efficiency is good.3.The four types of efficiency of lakeside land use of Heilongtan Reservoir in 2005-2015 are highly coordinated.The ecological efficiency and resource use efficiency are the main factors resulting in the difference between the comprehensive efficiency and the coordination degree.4.In order to promote agricultural transformation and upgrading,coordinate the development,protect the lakeside land,and protect the ecological environment,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)enhancing the protection of lake water and lakeside land,and building a lakeside ecological security barrier;(2)optimizing the structural layout of lakeside agriculture,and improving the coordination between resource and economy;(3)strengthening policy support,and improving the guarantee system for lakeside development;and(4)implementing the "River Chief System",in order to realize the sustainable use of lake.
