The Method And Application Research Of Improving Equipmentefficiency Based On TPM

The competitive enterprise should have high efficency, better quality and lower cost in the global market.The final purpose of TPM implementation is to improve production system efficiency,to reduce cost and to improve quality according to eliminate the main seven waste during production, to gain good relationship between man and equipment.The focus of this thesis is to do a deep research on the factors affected on OEE according to analysis equipment status.Some main factors have been found by many kinds of tools, such as process flow,brain storming,fishbone diagram, MINTAB, and some actions have been taken to improve OEE.The accomplishment of study in this thesis have been implemented in company and the overall equipment efficiency yielded a big progress.
