Study On Working Mechanism Of Competitive Intelligence For Enterprise Crisis Early Warning

Nowadays, society is fiercely competitive and changeable. Many enterprises have to suffer from the impact of the political, economic, cultural, science and technology environment's rapid change. They are facing more and more crises with an increasing occurrence probability and frequency while facing good developing opportunities. These crises will bring different degrees of damage and losses to enterprises, seriously hamper their sustainable development. Therefore, establishment the specialized crisis early warning mechanism to monitor, assess and early warn the possible crises is becoming a magic weapon for the enterprises to avoid the crises or reduce their damage. Competitive intelligence just has the huge functions and advantages of rapid response, environment monitoring, analysis and forecasting, decision support and so on. So obviously it can become a sharp weapon, provide the highly effective ways and means for the enterprises to monitor its competitive environment, analyze and assess the potential crises, support the crisis decision-making and so on.Basing on the deep research of the integration of competitive intelligence and enterprise crisis early warning, this dissertation constructs the working mechanism of competitive intelligence for enterprise crisis early warning in order to give full play the role of competitive intelligence in enterprise crisis early warning and escort their survival and development.Firstly, we review the status of the related domestic and international research;introduce the research background, significance, innovative points, main content and research methods of this dissertation. Secondly, we summarize the meaning and significance of enterprise crisis early warning. Thirdly, we deeply analyze the integration of competitive intelligence and enterprise crisis early warning, including their compatible degree, the important effect of competitive intelligence on enterprise crisis early warning and the new features of competitive intelligence work for enterprise crisis early warning. Fourthly, we constructs the working mechanism of competitive intelligence for enterprise crisis early warning, deeply analyze the competitive intelligence early warning group and corresponding work flow in this mechanism. And this mechanism can provide the organization and human resource guarantee, framework of the work flow and the supporting methods and measures for giving full play the crisis early warning function of competitive intelligence. So it has great practical significance. Finally, we carry out the empirical analysis to verify and evaluate if the methods and work flow of the two most important links in the mechanism are scientific and rational.Totally speaking, this dissertation provides the theoretical basis, train of thought, framework and methods for competitive intelligence to act on enterprise crisis early warning. And we hope that they can play a reference value and active promoting role for the enterprises to carry out the crisis early warning and crisis management activities.
