Application Of Project Management In Municipal Facilities Information Distribution System

In recent years, the application of project management in China's construction industry has been seriously payed more attention. Many enterprises realize how to stress on management to improve efficiency. This article selects Beijing Municipal Engineering Administration Department (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Department) whose municipal facilities information distribution system as a case to illustrate the application for the project management in this system .From the project development process and management characteristics and management status and problems of existing, the study of modern project management theory combined , I make a detailed analysis on project time management and quality management and human resource management .I make a more comprehensive summary and study for project implementation problems and some experiences. By combination of theory and practice ways and the analysis of the implementation of specific projects to try to find a project management model suitable for enterprise information construction, so as to achieve shorter project duration and improve project quality, cost savings, the project manager and staff training quality purposes. At the same time I give some recommendations on how to use project management theory to solve problems of other information systems .The paper first analyze the problems in the development and management of municipal facilities information dissemination management system . It proposes the main ideas to solve the problem by the project management theory and describes software development process in three aspects: time management, quality management and human resources management.
