In this era with human resource development as the core of modern enterprise management, human resource development is also the key element to build up cooperate core competence. As an essential part of HR development, career management is a necessary requirement for enterprises'survival and development. Well organized career management connects employees'career planning and the requirement of the organization, promote the career development of employees to match the organization's needs. Career management, as an approach to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, has become an important guideline for enterprise development.In securities industry with densest human resource, human beings play a central role that can not be replaced by other resources. In order to better match people's development and organization's development and establish a career development plan suitable for securities'employees, this paper based on the review of career theories and current status of the employees'career planning in QiLu Securities, conducted a survey of some staff in QiLu Securities and carried out an analysis of the factors which affect employee's career planning. Further more, this paper designed driven new staff career planning, self-service all staff career planning and guided backup talents career planning, in order to satisfy the HR demand at each level and the needs of employees'career development at different phases, as well as to facilitate the fulfillment of organization's strategic goals and employees'career development.With career planning of employees'in QiLu Securities new staff, all staff and backup talent career plans were formulated and implemented with some certain achievements.First of all, the plans helped newly recruited graduates become competent in their positions as soon as possible and finish the transition from students to securities employees;Secondly, the plans supported QiLu Securities to set up a career management and training platform for all the staff, as well as opened up a lateral career path for employees; Thirdly, the plans primarily established backup talent force for middle-level management in headquarter and operational management for business departments.This paper, with a well design of employees'career planning in QiLu Securities, satisfied the requirements of organization's and employees'development. It is a useful supplement to domestic career management practice and hopefully a good reference for employee career management of other enterprises.
