Study On Development Strategy Of Patent Of SMEs

With the knowledge-based economy springing up and economic globalization speeding up, intellectual property right has already incorporated to every link of enterprises'production and management, become the important production element of enterprises and the critical factor in upgrading their core competence. Patent is an important component of intellectual property right. With the degree in the competition increasing, international technology, economic competition has been stressfully driven into patent competition. The possession of patents is an important indicator of national or regional competence. In addition, as the impact of SMEs in national economy increasing, the work of patent as support to SMEs'sustaining and stable development appears urgent to be improved. Therefore, this article takes the patent of SMEs as main research objective, builds self-organizing system of development of patent of SMEs, and makes deep research on the present conditions of development of patent of SMEs in China to see the instance of development of patent of SMEs as well as problems. Based on that, this paper uses the VAR model to take empirical analysis on the development of patent of SMEs to demonstrate the impact factors of patent of SMEs in China. The results show that the development of patent of SMEs is closedly related to the level of economic development in our country, and R&D expenditure and R&D personnel also play a catalytic role to patent applications of SMEs. Then, based on the analysis of two chapters above, this paper formulates the strategy of development of patent of SMEs and raises execution to development of patent of SMEs in China. Finally, it summarizes its role in the development of patent of SMEs and the future direction of this thesis. Developing and improving the performance of patent in SMEs are the extremely important work for SMEs. SMEs use patent to the production of enterprises, and consider the work of patent as part of the enterprise. In this way, they can exert the effectiveness of patent adequately, and make SMEs remain invincible in the fierce competitive environment.
