Learned from the current lack of patent strategy ofChina’s enterprises.Then, based on patent map analysis methods, focusing on R&D, patent applications,patent application, patent protection and other aspects, proposed patent map orientedpatent strategy in enterprises, constructed the patent strategy framework based on thepatent map analysis methods, focused on the specific role of the patent map analysis in R&D, patent applications, patent application, patent protection and other aspects.Finally, the paper used Sunrise Power Co., Ltd. as an example, used the protonexchange membrane technologies for empirical analysis. Thought searching the patent ofproton exchange membrane technology field, combined with correlation analysis softwareto analysis, producted the patent application trend analysis chart, patent applicant analysisgraph, the application map analysis chart, IPC classification map, and apply it to make theenterprises patent strategies.
