Research On The Construction And Optimization Of Shipbuilding Network Planning Based On MSWBS

Entering the new century, China's shipbuilding industry has shown strong momentum of development, and China became an important country on the world's shipbuilding . China is a big shipbuilding country in Figs, but it is not means China became the world's shipbuilding power country. China's shipbuilding enterprises still have large gaps in production management with the Korean and Japanese companies. The largest gap is production management. The aims of the research on the construction and optimization of shipbuilding network planning is to guide the production of shipbuilding projects and improve shipbuilding enterprise's production management efficiency.The dissertation is based on modern shipbuilding mode, work breakdown structure and network planning, "intermediate product" as the basic object of study, the methods of shipbuilding work breakdown structure, methods of the construction and optimization of shipbuilding network planning were studied.First, MSWBS and ship building network planning were studied. The MSWBS formal definition was given based on the theory of modern shipbuilding mode and the actual situation of enterprises.? By analyzing the characteristics of MSWBS, the MSWBS dissolution rules and method were provided. Based on the relationship between MSWBS and project, a hierarchical network planning model was proposed.Based on the hierarchical network planning model and give full consideration to critical resource constraints, using a multi-stage strategy to make shipbuilding project network plan.Second, resource optimization of network plan were studied.By analyzing the characteristics of network plans that built in previous chapter, the shipbuilding network planning optimization strategy is given.Set up a mathematical model about resource balancing problems of fixed duration and give a particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the problem. Set up a mathematical model about the shortest duration problems of limited resources and give a particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the problem.Last, the implementation of shipbuilding network plan is discussed and system design concept is given. Analysis the process of shipbuilding network planing management and the functional requirements, the system functional model and date model are given.
